Cross Country Carnival

Thank you to everybody who was able to come along and cheer on our wonderful students at our HEPS Cross Country Carnival . Despite an early morning shower, we had the perfect weather for a run and the track was relatively dry besides a few spots in the fire trail. Continuing to use our recently made 500m course allowed our runners to come past both students and parents many times on their run and this is one of my favourite parts of the day. Hearing the cheering and encouragement and absolute joy the runners get from hearing these cheers is amazing. Well done to all students who participated in their run, ranging from 500m - 3km. It really is a challenging day and seeing so many students push themselves and try their best for their house is an absolute pleasure. Well done to you all.
